Jeffrey focuses on building and enhancing clients’ Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) teams, which he positions to be the analytical engine of the organization that turns financial and operational data into insightful and action-oriented management information. He has also advised on and led large scale reorganizations, business transformations, salesforce effectiveness initiatives, cost management and Budgeting system implementations.
Jeffrey holds an MBA degree from the University of Rochester (Simon) and an honours BA in Philosophy from McGill University.

Multimatic: enhanced the company’s FP&A, strategic planning and investor relations capabilities. Advised on the Financial Systems future state and advised on a strategic acquisition.
Yorkville University: enhanced the financial and operational analytical capabilities of the Private Equity owned company and advised on a redesign of the FP&A team
Newcom Media: advised a media company on a balance sheet restructuring that positioned the company to navigate through the COVID-19 uncertainty.
Array Marketing: built a FP&A team and advised on a significant business transformation and the integration of 3 recent international acquisitions; negotiated a new strategic agreement with the company’s largest customer; implemented and led action-oriented monthly reviews with sales & operations to accelerate revenue growth and shift the mentality of the organization towards new business generation; advised on two restructuring initiatives that reduced the expense base by 8% and developed a sales pipeline reporting framework to enable metrics-based management of sales opportunities and plant capacity planning.
First Capital Realty: led a budgeting system implementation and forecasting process redesign project.
Versacold Logistics: as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis he built a team that drove a massive business transformation across 5 business units which doubled the company’s profitability in 18 months and increased profit margins by 3.0%. He also enhanced VersaCold’s strategic execution by creating a strategy map and scorecard of key metrics, reengineering the pricing process, driving expense reduction and revenue generation initiatives, enhancing monthly reporting and streamlining the budgeting and forecasting process.
Aviva Canada: as Strategic Business Partner he built a high-performing team who drove key components of Aviva’s operational and cultural transformation. At Aviva, Jeffrey led and advised on initiatives that have generated over $250M annual benefits and helped Aviva Canada move from underperforming to achieve the highest levels of profitability in the P&C insurance industry within 5 years.
